Cafe Number 32 is hiring! We are a busy, friendly local cafe looking for a passionate and dedicated Barista/Floor Team Member to join our team. If you love coffee, have a positive attitude, available to work in variable and weekend shifts, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a range beverages, with a strong focus on high-quality coffee and latte art.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive experience.
- Keep the cafe clean and presentable, clear tables, and assist with food service.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels for coffee, milk, and other cafe essentials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude.
- A strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn and improve.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work over the weekends is a must.
- Ability to work in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Please note that the pay rate will vary depending on the age of candidate in accordance with National Minimum Wage.
We are also happy to discuss if you want to work as self-employed contractor with slightly different pay rate.
