Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks following established recipes and standards.
- Support kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols throughout the workspace.
- Help oversee food production processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Collaborate with team members to manage food safety practices and proper storage of ingredients.
- Participate in supervising junior team members and supporting their training when needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a welcoming environment by assisting with serving guests when required.
- Follow all health regulations and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food production, restaurant service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated supervising or team management experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
