Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Marshal to join our team at Xtreme Karting in Edinburgh. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and enjoyable racing experience for our guests. As a Marshal, you will play an integral part in upholding our reputation as a top-tier karting destination.
Responsibilities
- Oversee karting sessions to ensure safety protocols are followed
- Assist in managing the flow of racers on the track
- Provide guidance and support to guests during their racing experience
- Monitor track conditions and report any issues promptly
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a fair racing environment
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction
- Conduct pre-race briefings for participants
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the racing area

This is a very physical role so applicants must be physically fit. Full training will be given. This role is based on working average 10 - 16 hours per week (minimum 6 hours per week) for the Evenings / weekend role (with shifts generally rota’d 6 - 10pm Mon-Fri or on Sat / Sundays between 9.00am to 10.00pm).This position presents an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals. Good performance will rewarded.
