About Camden
Camden is changing on the inside to make life better for everyone. Our residents and communities are at the heart of everything we do. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today and we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind. Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Leasehold Income Officer, you’ll be part of a busy and supportive income team managing accounts for over 9,800 leaseholders, playing a vital role in safeguarding essential income that supports housing services. You’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio, proactively managing leasehold charges such as service charges and major works, using a balanced, person-centred approach that prioritises early engagement while confidently progressing enforcement action where required. This is a collaborative role where you’ll work closely with colleagues across Housing and Repairs, build strong relationships with leaseholders, and contribute to a high-performing service that combines commercial awareness with empathy making a meaningful impact on both residents and the organisation.
