An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Cheesemonger to join our Team working concentrically at our flagship stores - Cotswold Way, SN14 8HZ and Walcot Street, Bath BA1 5BN.
The Cotswold Way store is not on a public transport route therefore a reliable vehicle is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
To be responsible for the continued care of our chilled products ensuring that they are kept to the highest standard and in the best condition.
DUTIES:-
- To store cheese and other chilled goods, and take care of them
- To cut, wrap, weigh and label cheese and other chilled goods, in order to fulfil each day’s shop, mail order, wholesale and export orders
- To ensure that the cheese storage and cutting areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
- To carry out periodic stock-takes
- To work with our new electronic stock system, inputting data with meticulous attention to detail
All candidates must have the right to work in the UK, and have necessary experience to fulfil the above responsibilities.
