I am currently recruiting on behalf of a main contractor who specialises in maintenance, new build, and refurbishment projects in the commercial sector. They now seek a freelance SM to join an education refurb project based near Ringwood, Hampshire. It will be starting from Monday 10th August for 2 months. This will be working 5 days a week, day rate negotiable between £260 - £270 a day.
Must have experience as a site/senior site manager having previously worked on schools/colleges/academies/universities. Must be a strong leader, proactive on site, strong with trades, and able to maintain high standards on health and safety. Essential trait is to be very good with client liaison work and updating them accurately on-site progress. To be considered for this role you must have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS cards in date. Ideally, you will have a DBS or enhanced DBS although we can put you through this if required. They are looking for somebody with civils experience mainly around drainage and general groundworks.
