Property Maintenance Operative
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Contract: Full-Time | Temporary (3 Months)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Location: Bradford, Keighley, Kirklees, Calderdale, Skipton & Harrogate
You must have:
- Full UK driving licence
- Your own transport (van preferred)
- Your own maintenance tools
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance & Repair Worker to carry out repairs and general maintenance across our properties.
Duties include:
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Basic plumbing (non-gas)
- Joinery and carpentry
- Painting and decorating
- Flooring repairs
- Boarding up or replacing broken windows
- Furniture assembly and removals
- Clearing waste and unwanted items
- Basic garden maintenance
- Travelling between properties as required
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous property maintenance experience
- Can work independently
- Is reliable, practical and hardworking
- Follows Health & Safety procedures
Experience working with vulnerable people is an advantage but not essential.
