We are seeking friendly and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and manage their seating arrangements efficiently
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
- Assist with food preparation and presentation when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Support barista duties if required, including preparing specialised coffee drinks
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Manage cash register operations and process payments accurately
- Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout all interactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
- Experience in food preparation or barista work is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
- A friendly demeanour with a professional attitude towards guests and colleagues
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions confidently
