Tiffin Sandwiches Ltd is seeking a Picker/Packer operative to join a growing team based at our site located on the Euroway Trading Estate in Bradford.

The Packing Role – the skills we are looking for:
· The ability to pick and pack accurately and arrange specific orders as per our customers’ requirements.
· To assist in setting up the packing department room at the beginning of each shift.
· The ability to familiarise yourself with our product range ensuring the correct item is picked for individual orders.
· To pack products securely; ensuring they will not be damaged during transportation to the customer.
· You must follow all food hygiene rules relevant to your role in accordance with the company’s quality control systems and HACCP plan.
· You must follow the safe systems of work and the health and safety policy when moving baskets.
· To assist your manager or supervisor ensuring the smooth flow of the packing shift.
· Cleaning: carry out our clean as you go policy.
Essential Skills:
· Attention to detail – this role is all about ensuring that orders are being met to the exact requirement. Any inaccuracy could mean that we are unable to meet customer expectations which reflects negatively on the business.
· Basic Math's & English – the ability to retain information and check quantities once specific customer orders are packed.
Hours per week: Up to 46 hours per week. Rota covering 5 days out of 7. Finish times can vary as this is dictated by workload. Our working week begins on a Sunday.
