We are currently seeking experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) and Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) to support a busy and growing Out of Hours service.
Due to increasing patient demand, additional clinicians are required to supplement the existing GP team and help provide high-quality urgent care during evening and overnight periods. This is an excellent opportunity for autonomous practitioners who are confident managing a wide range of acute presentations in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements
Candidates must have:
· Master’s degree in advanced Practice
· Experience undertaking home visits
· Urgent Care experience
· End-of-Life Care experience
· Ability to work independently within an Out of Hours setting
· Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
· Current professional registration and prescribing qualification (where applicable)
