Duties
- Provide comprehensive patient care including assessments, treatments, and health education tailored to individual needs
- Assist with routine clinical procedures such as wound care, and health screenings
- Update medical records accurately and efficiently
- Support chronic disease management programs by coordinating follow-up care and patient education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop personalized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Educate patients on health promotion topics, including lifestyle modifications and preventive measures
- Manage DMARD Patients on regular basis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in patient care within a primary or community healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
- Demonstrated attention to detail in documentation and clinical procedures
- Current registration with the relevant nursing regulatory body (e.g., Nursing Council or equivalent)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment
