Duties
- Lead and supervise the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment

- Manage food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and standards
- Coordinate daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies
- Train team members in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and service standards
- Ensure timely delivery of dishes while maintaining high standards of presentation and taste
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary or hospitality setting
- Extensive background in food production, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
- Hands-on experience with food safety regulations and best practices
- Previous restaurant experience demonstrating proficiency in food preparation and serving
- Excellent leadership abilities combined with a passion for hospitality and culinary arts
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and innovative cooking techniques
