Office Administrator – Gisburn Full Time (Part‑Time Considered)
Are you organised, friendly, and great at keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for someone with the right attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
You’ll work across both our Goods Out and Service departments, supporting our growing team with a wide range of admin tasks. No two days are the same, so flexibility and a positive approach are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering customer calls with confidence and warmth
- Preparing delivery notes and supporting dispatch
- General office admin and clerical duties
- Liasing with suppliers
- Keeping documents, emails, and records organised
- Helping wherever needed to keep the office running efficiently
What You’ll Bring

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Competence with MS Office; Sage experience is a bonus
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Previous admin experience is beneficial to this role
