We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused sales Assistant to join our busy vape shop team, working across our Manchester City centre sites.
With 16 sites across the Northwest and over 14 years in the E Cig industry we have developed and established an excellent customer base which we pride on servicing, and are looking for people who want to join us in building this success.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide excellent customer service, offer product advice, and help create and maintain a welcoming shopping experience.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Greeting and assisting customers in-store
- Advising customers on vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories
- Processing sales and handling payments
- Maintaining stock levels and replenishing displays
- Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
- Stock deliveries and stock takes
- Opening and closing the site securely
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Vaping experience would be highly advantageous
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good numeracy skills
