Job Details
Salary: West Sussex Grade 4, point 5-6 (£25,583 - £25,989 FTE - pro rata for hours and weeks worked)
Actual Salary: £20,649 - £21,331
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Term Time Only

What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for someone who will be the smiling, welcoming face of our school: someone who greets children, families, visitors and staff with warmth, professionalism and care. This is a busy and varied role, and we need someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure, able to use their initiative and keen to contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
As Office Co-ordinator, you will be an important part of our school team, helping to ensure that the day-to-day running of the school is smooth, efficient and supportive for everyone. You will work closely with staff, parents, carers and external visitors, so excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly approach are essential.
In return, you will be joining a dedicated and supportive team, in a school where relationships matter and where every member of staff plays an important part in making Walberton & Binsted the best it can be for our children and families.
