About the Role
Bothwell Cleaners is looking for a reliable and motivated Commercial Cleaning Operative to join our growing team.
This role is based at a large construction site near Sanquhar, cleaning modern welfare units and communal facilities to a high professional standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is looking to become part of a friendly and growing company.
Working Hours
- Tuesday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
- Thursday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
- 10 hours per week
Additional hours may become available as the company continues to grow.
Duties
- Cleaning welfare cabins
- Cleaning toilets and washrooms
- Cleaning kitchenettes
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Emptying bins
- Replenishing consumables
- Maintaining excellent cleaning standards
- Completing cleaning checklists
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Please note: A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the site. If you do not currently have access to one, please mention this in your application as transport arrangements may be discussed for the right candidate.
No previous construction site experience is necessary as full training and site induction will be provided.
Pay: £14.50 per hour
