WB Employment are hiring Order Pickers for a busy warehouse in Hallen BS10.
Please note - Own transport is essential due to the location and shift times, as the site is not easily accessible otherwise.

- Pay £13.25 per hour
- Monday to Thursday
- 3:00pm to 1 am
- 38 hours
- 2 x 20 minute unpaid breaks
The Role
- Accurately pick items from shelves according to order specifications
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit
- Load and unload goods from lorries and ensure proper storage in the warehouse
- Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all items meet company standards before dispatch
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency
- Perform heavy lifting as required, using proper techniques
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily operational goals
What we need from you
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in picking and packing roles
- Familiarity with materials handling equipment, including forklifts, is advantageous
- Understanding of warehouse management systems for stock tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to carry out quality control checks
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and manual work throughout the shift
- A reliable and team focused approach
