Key Responsibilities
· Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care tailored to each resident’s individual needs.
· Administer and manage medication in line with clinical guidance, policies, and regulatory requirements.
· Complete and regularly review care plans, risk assessments, and accurate clinical records.
· Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, responding promptly to any changes or concerns.
· Work closely with families, GPs, healthcare professionals, and the wider care team to ensure joined-up support.
· Provide guidance and clinical support to care staff while maintaining high standards of safeguarding, dignity, and professional practice.
What We’re Looking For
· A current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
· Previous nursing experience within a residential, nursing, or care home setting is desirable.
· Strong clinical judgement, communication, and organisational skills.
· A caring, calm, and professional approach with a genuine commitment to person-centred care.
· Good knowledge of medication management, safeguarding, care planning, and clinical best practice.
· The confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a supportive team.
· Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays as required.
