We are recruiting graduates to start in September 2026 to complete Early Years Initial Teacher Training. This role is ideally suited to someone who has recently graduated and would like to start their career in early years education or someone who would like to consider a career change. This qualification would allow you to work as a senior early years practitioner up to the end of reception age. There are opportunities for progression at the end of your course.
Trainees are supported by a mentor, have regular contact sessions with their tutor and have weekly protected learning time.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about early education, a good team player, willing to learn and shows initiative.
These roles will be 30-40 hours per week over 3-4 days including your allocated learning time. 45 minute paid break in a 10 hour day.
