ABOUT OUR PUB
Our beautiful quintessential English pub is set in the picturesque, rolling Surrey Hills and has charm and a warm, bright, but cosy feel about it. In the summer months guests can enjoy a cool pint of beer or a glass of chilled wine in our delightful garden patio, whilst eating and relaxing with friends and family or come and sit by our alluring roaring wood fires, lit in the cooler, darker winter months.
Our menu is all prepared in house using locally sourced fresh ingredients.
We were recently awarded TripAdvisors "Travellers Choice" and runner up in EatGame's "best pub or restaurant" category 2026. These awards demonstrate our focus on our guests experience and show the direction we are continuing to take the pub in.
We are currently looking for a Back of house team member to join the business. Every member of the team is vital to the business and we are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and making sure every guest leaves happy..
CHEF DE PARTIE ROLE:
- Prepare, cook and present amazing food in accordance with brand standards
- Run your own section in the kitchen.
- Come and deliver specials
- Prep for service
- Run kitchen service on quiter shifts in the Head/Sous chef absents
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Being a valuable part of the wider team to ensure the best guest experience
