About Wellbeing Medical Group
Wellbeing Medical Group is a leading private integrative oncology clinic based in the heart of Tower Bridge, London. We are dedicated to providing personalised, compassionate, and evidence-informed care for individuals living with and beyond cancer.
Our approach brings together conventional medicine with carefully selected integrative therapies to support patients at every stage of their journey. We believe exceptional healthcare is about more than treatment alone—it is about ensuring every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered from their very first interaction with us.
As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for passionate professionals who share our commitment to clinical excellence, outstanding patient care, and delivering an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding leadership position that combines patient care, team leadership, and operational oversight.
As Clinical Team Lead, you will oversee the entire patient journey from initial enquiry through to consultation with our Lead Doctor, ensuring every stage of the process is delivered efficiently, compassionately, and to the highest standard.
You will supervise the end-to-end patient pathway, ensuring administrative and clinical support teams work seamlessly together. From the moment a patient makes an enquiry, you will oversee the process to ensure information is gathered accurately, patients are appropriately pre-screened, and suitable cases are prepared for review by our Lead Doctor.
Working closely with both the administrative and clinical teams, you will ensure every part of the patient journey aligns, creating a smooth, consistent, and exceptional experience while maintaining high operational and clinical standards.
You will not be responsible for diagnosing, prescribing, or making independent clinical decisions. Instead, you will ensure patients are appropriately assessed using established protocols, supported throughout their journey, and escalated to the Lead Doctor where clinical input or prescribing decisions are required.
