Chef De Partie
We have an exciting and unique opportunity for passionate and experienced Chef De Partie to join The Biltmore Mayfair.
As a Chef De Partie you are responsible for supporting the Executive, Head, Sous Chefs and Junior Sous Chefs in a busy hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, meeting deadlines, adhering to HACCP regulation and mentoring junior staff members.
- To carry out food preparation as specified by the senior chef on duty.
- To be able to work on different sections of the kitchen.
- To produce tasty, good-looking dishes ensure that the production of food for all menus is consistent.
- To ensure that all food is prepared hygienically and safely at all times.
- To ensure that all food is stored and kept at the correct temperature at all times.
- To minimize waste of any food products at all times.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, morning, afternoons and evenings.
- Previous experience as a CDP in a high-quality Hotel or Restaurant.
- Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce.
- A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable about the food
- Positive and “can do” attitude
- A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures
Salary: Competitive + Service Charge
Hours of work: 48 hrs weekly

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
