The Kings is a busy, food led hotel and pub serving great fresh food all day everyday.
We are searching for our next head chef who has experience of running a small team to produce consistently tasty fresh food And can build on the work done by our current team.
Applicants should have the following attributes;
- A calm, professional manner
- A clear understanding and commitment to clean, safe and legal
- The ability to lead a team, coach and get results
- A solid understanding of purchasing, stock control and gross profit
- And, of course, the proven ability to consistently produce excellent food
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
