Job Title: Admissions & Enrolment Analyst
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-driven Admissions & Enrolment Analyst to manage the end-to-end university application process for our students while providing the analytical insight that drives our enrolment strategy. This is a dual-focus role: hands-on application management combined with regular analysis of enrolment performance, application quality, and applicant sources. You'll work daily with university partners and applicants, while also producing the data and reporting that senior management relies on to track targets and identify where recruitment effort should be focused. This role suits someone who is equally comfortable managing a CRM pipeline and building a report that tells a clear story from the numbers.
Key Responsibilities
Application & Admissions Management
- Review and manage student applications submitted to university partners via CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
- Identify issues, missing data, or incomplete documentation in applications and work with the team to resolve them promptly
- Liaise daily with universities and higher education institutions to support applicants through to a successful offer
- Coordinate interviews and assessments required as part of the admissions process
- Arrange appointments with student finance officers for applicants requiring funding support
Analysis & Reporting
- Track enrolment numbers against targets by partner, programme, and intake, flagging shortfalls or risks early
- Analyse application quality (completion rates, drop-off points, rejection reasons) to identify where process or documentation issues are costing conversions
- Analyse applicant sources and audience data (channel, campaign, geography, demographic) to help direct recruitment and marketing effort
- Produce regular reporting packs for senior management summarising enrolment performance, pipeline health, and key trends
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM data to ensure reporting is reliable
What You Won't Be Doing
This role does not involve advising students on course choice, career direction, or providing regulated advice of any kind. The focus is on application processing, admissions coordination, and data analysis.
Requirements
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills; comfort building and interpreting reports and pipeline trackers
- High attention to detail, particularly around documentation and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication for daily liaison with university partners
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy
- Previous experience in higher education, admissions, or student recruitment is an advantage but not essential
Key Attributes
- Analytical mindset — comfortable moving between operational casework and data-led reporting
- Organised and self-directed, able to prioritise across multiple partners and deadlines
- Collaborative, working closely with the wider admissions and management team
