Location: Cliddesden, Hampshire
Hours: 9.00 until 15.00 Monday to Friday (term-time only)
Salary: Starting at £14.68 (for a qualified practitioner - this figure includes rolled along holiday pay)

We are on the look out for a dedicated, creative and caring qualified Early Years Educator to join our friendly and supportive team. If you’re passionate about helping little learners grow and thrive in a nurturing, nature-rich environment we’d love to hear from you!

This is a permanent contract and will begin as soon as possible.
What you’ll do
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities that spark curiosity and support early development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a warm, inclusive and stimulating environment that celebrates every child’s individuality.
- Support children’s daily routines, ensuring their safety, well-being and happiness at all times.
- Work collaboratively with a passionate team to keep our setting running smoothly.
- Build strong, open relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved.
- Lead by example, supporting fellow team members and sharing best practice.
- Make the most of our countryside surroundings through outdoor play, nature walks and local adventures.
- Work with our dedicated leaders to continue to develop and strengthen our provision to enhance and develop our practice
About You
- Experience working in a nursery or early years education setting.
- Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent) essential.
- A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and genuine love for working with children.
- A full driving licence is desirable. This setting is not easily accessible by public transport.
