S B M has function rooms, clubhouse, gymnasiumm etc, each cleaner takes responsibility for a given area, does an over job to start each shift then, one area is deep cleaned avoid build up, floor & wall appointments, when they finish early, they help the other cleaner where possible. Cleaning takes place primarily when the public have left the area, before this, cleaners assist other staff when suits etc are occupied...
Hours 7pm to 7am. 4 nights on. 4 nights off shift plus, back up for opposite number, holidays, sickness etc. Standard annual holiday & bank holidays in lue...
