Job Purpose
Unify Brands is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to transport goods safely and efficiently to customers across Northern Ireland. In addition to driving duties, the role includes some warehouse work such as order picking, packing, and loading/unloading, to support the smooth running of the warehouse and distribution operation.
Key Responsibilities
Driving Duties
- Safely drive a company vehicle to deliver goods to customers across Northern Ireland, following planned routes and delivery schedules.
- Load and secure goods correctly before departure to prevent damage in transit.
- Obtain proof of delivery (signatures/photos) and handle basic paperwork or handheld scanning devices.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks (tyres, lights, oil, fuel) and report any faults or damage promptly.
- Plan routes efficiently, accounting for traffic and delivery windows, to ensure on-time delivery.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers.
- Comply with all road traffic law, working time regulations, and company driving policies.
Warehouse Duties
- Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch when not on the road.
- Help load and unload delivery vehicles and goods-in deliveries.
- Carry out basic stock movement, tidying, and organisation of warehouse areas.
- Support stock checks and inventory counts as required.
- Follow manual handling and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Report any stock discrepancies, damage, or safety hazards to the Warehouse Manager.
Essential Requirements
- Full, valid UK/EU driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points (category B minimum; category C1 desirable).
- Previous experience in a delivery driving or courier role.
- Good working knowledge of Ireland roads and geography.
- Physically fit and able to lift/carry loads up to approximately 25kg regularly.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic literacy/numeracy for paperwork, scanning systems, and stock records.
Desirable
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach truck).
- Experience using handheld scanners or delivery management apps.
- Knowledge of manual handling best practice.
Working Hours
Typically Monday to Friday, [standard shift pattern to be confirmed], with occasional Saturday working during peak periods. Hours may vary based on delivery schedules and warehouse demand.
Physical Demands
- Frequent lifting, carrying, and manual handling of parcels/stock.
- Extended periods of driving and sitting.
- Standing, walking, and bending during warehouse duties.
Salary & Benefits

Pay: £27,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
