Job Summary
We are seeking a Multi Trade engineer to join our team.
We are a London-based construction company seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trader to join our team. The successful candidate must possess skills in the following: Plumbing, including bathroom fitting. Basic electrical knowledge, plastering, painting, decorating, and tiling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out quality first and second fix plumbing/carpentry work. Including bathroom & shower room fitout.
- Deal with general maintenance and repair tasks.
- Capable of dealing with emergency plumbing situations.
- Undertake painting, decorating, and tiling as required.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Work effectively with other team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction industry
- Hold public liability insurance.
- Own transport preferably. TBA.
- Demonstrate safe methods of work. Complete RAMS when required.
- Competent in multiple different trades.
- Hold suitable qualifications.
- Able to attend training courses.
- Have a full UK driving licence. TBC.
- Must have own tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to work independently or part of a team.
