Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Milkshake Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating delicious milkshakes with a smile. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work from in a state-of-the-art off-grid milkshake trailer, engaging with customers while honing your skills in food preparation and service. The Milkshake Barista will be responsible for ensuring all products meet high standards of quality and safety, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of milkshakes.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Fill softserve machine at start of shift - if your shift begins in the morning.
- Empty and clean softserve machine at end of shift - if your shift finishes at the end of the day.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including sanitising equipment and surfaces regularly.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, ensuring hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality.
Experience
- Previous softserve machine is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is useful to maintain high hygiene levels.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills, including time management, are important for managing multiple orders efficiently.
