Duties
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and efficiency
- Cook pizzas using various methods such as wood-fired ovens or conveyor ovens to achieve optimal flavor and texture
- Ensure all food preparation adheres to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist in meal preparation for dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders while maintaining quality consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils
- Serve customers directly when needed, providing friendly and professional service
- Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple orders swiftly and accurately
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques related to pizza making and meal preparation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
