Taxi Controller – Full‑Time, On‑Site
We are looking for an experienced Taxi Controller to join our busy team based on‑site at the railway station. This is a fully in‑office role due to the high volume of walk‑in customers , so candidates must be able to work on location for every shift and travel to and from the office independently.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate taxi dispatch and manage bookings in a fast‑paced environment
- Assist walk‑in customers with enquiries and bookings
- Use systems like Cab Treasure to track vehicles and schedules
- Communicate with drivers and clients professionally by phone and in person
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in taxi control, dispatch, logistics, or a similar role
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Confident using transport or logistics software
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently on site
