We're looking for a high-energy Barista to join our growing team at HATCH Coffee & Bakehouse.

What you'll be doing:
- Crafting consistently excellent coffee.
- Delivering warm, genuine customer service with a smile.
- Preparing and serving bakery items and sweet treats.
- Keeping the shop clean, organised and well stocked.
- Working efficiently during busy rushes.
- Helping create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a naturally positive, can-do attitude.
- Brings great energy every shift.
- Loves talking to people and making connections.
- Works well under pressure and stays calm during busy periods.
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
- Can work fast but efficient.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
- Previous barista experience is a bonus, but attitude and personality matter more than experience—we can teach the rest.
- Can start as early as 7am.
