At Best2care we are looking to recruit Care Assistants who can help promote independence and dignity and positively enhance the lives of the individuals.
Care Assistant - Key Duties:
- Provide a high level of care to our residents ensuring their wellbeing.
- Provide personal care, maintaining a high level of hygiene.
- Accurately recording observations in accordance with the resident’s conditions.
- Supporting our residents to maintain their independence.
- Identifying and assisting with residents’ needs.
- Serving meals.
- Assisting our residents as necessary.
Care Assistant - Requirements:
- A willingness to commit to our weekend shift patterns (Saturday and Sunday only), which are 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Shifts can be selected on a flexible basis.
- You must be available to work weekends only, on Saturdays and Sundays, and be able to commit consistently to the agreed weekend shifts.
- Previous experience of working in the care sector and will have knowledge or life experience of caring for the elderly is ideal but not essential as training will be provided.
- A caring personality.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written form.

Pay: £17.50 per hour
