MJS Garage Services (garage and vehicle sales) is looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers at our Lurgan site. If you take pride in making people feel looked after and enjoy a fast paced environment, this could be for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Greeting customers and answering calls/enquiries
- Making and managing bookings for the workshop
- Processing customer payments and invoicing
- Keeping customers informed and maintaining our high standard of customer service
- Front-of-house duties
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer facing or reception role (automotive experience a bonus, not essential)
- Excellent telephone manner and people skills
- Comfortable working at pace, in a busy environment
- Well organised, with good attention to detail

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
