Role Purpose
A Receptionist is someone who:

· Taking a proactive approach and being comfortable managing high pressure competing interest situations. · Experience using and troubleshooting workplace management tools.
· A team player.
· A great communicator with a natural flair for striking up conversation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
· Providing an exceptional guest experience for everyone who visits site.
· Being the professional and vibrant ambassador for all guests and those who work there, at the end of a phone, email and in person.
· Ensuring a smooth and seamless arrival for all visitors and onwards directions to the right person.
· Maintain a constant presence in reception, taking time to talk and build relationships with those passing through space (at appropriate times).
· Managing meeting room booking and always assisting clients’ queries.
· Work in partnership with other service providers and as one with the Genuine Dining Team to ensure all meetings are correctly booked.
· Build a highly trusted relationship with staff and their clients ensuring that we are proactively engaging, listening and responding to their requests.
· Ensure client satisfaction is constantly achieved by being able to make decisions, think and respond quickly to a difficult situation and escalate any matters to the Reception Team Leader.
· Ensure you are security conscious, working in line with the security procedures and forming an effective relationship with the team on site.
· Coordinate efficiently with the Barista team to ensure all drink orders (both for guests and internal meetings) are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
· Proactively maintain presentation and readiness of all meeting rooms, taking a hands-on approach to ensure they are clean, tidy, and always equipped.
· Work closely with the Room Attendant (who reports to the FOH Team Leader) to ensure the daily preparation and turnover schedule for the meeting rooms is strictly adhered to.
Pay: £33,500.00 per year
