Mimtec is a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic components, supplying customers across a range of industries. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Multi-Skilled Operator to join our production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing, fabrication, assembly or CNC experience who enjoys a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Multi-Skilled Operator, you will work across various stages of the manufacturing process, including:
- Fabrication, assembly, trimming and finishing operations
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- CNC router operation (training provided where required)
- Vacuum Forming
- Conducting quality inspections and first-off checks
- Recording production and quality data
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Manufacturing, production, assembly or fabrication experience
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Desirable
- CNC machining experience
- Experience working with plastics or acrylics

Working Hours
Double Day Shift Pattern:
- Early Shift: Monday to Friday (06:00 – 14:05)
- Late Shift: Monday to Friday (14:00 – 22:05)
