We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Membership Sales Advisor to help grow our community, connect with potential members, and deliver an exceptional sales journey from first enquiry to sign-up.
About the Role
This is more than just a sales position—you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our members, playing a key role in shaping their experience. You’ll build relationships, understand customer needs, and confidently guide prospects toward the right membership options.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to prospective and existing members through outbound calls
- Conducting outreach activity to gain brand awareness and prospective members
- Responding to enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and energy
- Converting leads into loyal members through a structured sales process
- Managing memberships and keeping customer records up to date
- Supporting the Club Management team in achieving key business KPI's
- Accurately recording all sales activity and customer interactions
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience (gym, leisure, or commercial sectors is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Confident, proactive, and motivated by targets
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable using IT systems (full training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
