Hillview Finance is a specialist finance brokerage based in Salford, helping homeowners across the UK find the right finance solution for their needs.
Customer service is incredibly important to us. Whether someone has just made an enquiry or is already part-way through their application, we want every interaction to be professional, friendly and helpful.
This role sits right at the heart of that experience.
The Role
This isn't cold calling.
It isn't a sales role.
And it isn't a financial advice role.
Every customer you'll speak to has already contacted Hillview Finance.
Your role is to respond quickly, create a great first impression, confirm a few initial details and ensure every customer reaches the right advisor or department as smoothly as possible.
You'll also help existing customers with general enquiries, keeping them updated and directing them to the appropriate team whenever needed.
You'll become the communication hub of our business, working closely with advisors and case managers to ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience.
A Typical Day
Your day could include:
- Contacting new enquiries shortly after they've applied.
- Answering inbound customer calls.
- Warm transferring customers directly to advisors.
- Booking advisor callbacks where required.
- Responding to customer emails and text messages.
- Confirming basic application details before passing customers to an advisor.
- Providing general updates to existing customers.
- Updating our CRM accurately after every interaction.
- Making sure no enquiry is missed and every customer receives a prompt response.
No two days are ever the same.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role isn't measured by selling loans.
Instead, you'll help us deliver an outstanding customer experience by:
- Contacting new enquiries promptly.
- Maintaining excellent customer engagement.
- Ensuring customers are transferred efficiently to advisors.
- Keeping accurate records.
- Helping our advisors spend more time advising customers and less time chasing enquiries.
You'll play a huge part in helping our business deliver the service we're known for.

Previous experience within a contact centre, customer service, recruitment, estate agency, banking, insurance, financial services or another customer-facing environment would be beneficial - but it certainly isn't essential.
