Summary
We’re looking for a practical, quality-focused joiner/installer to join the team at IS Group. This is a hands-on role supporting the fabrication, assembly and installation of high-quality signage and display products, working from job packs and CAD drawings to deliver right-first-time work.

The Role
- Lead fabricator, and installer of signage and display products
- Working from job packs and CAD drawings
- Operating workshop machinery including print, cutting, laminating and routing equipment
- Recording job progress using Progress Plus
- Completing quality checks and final inspections before despatch
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, quality and safety
- Attending on-site installations around the UK with overnight stays where required. (UK driving licence essential)
What We’re Looking For
- fabrication and installation experience (ideally signage, or manufacturing)
- Confident using workshop machinery and hand/power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality-first mindset
- Ability to read and work accurately from drawings and specifications
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Problem solver using own initiative to complete a job
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communicator with clients on site following Company protocol
- Suitable qualifications such as Streetworks, PASMA, construction skills.
