Hours of Work 09:00 to 17:30
Please note due to the rural location and limited public transport you will need to be able to get to and from Stoneleigh Park. This role is available due to a long term member of staff relocating to another part of the UK for family reasons.

The Role
General office admin, supporting other team members and preparing course paperwork for courses, setting up classrooms, inputting course materials into systems and checking, updating and posting certificates and cards to clients.
Main Duties:
- Ensuring accurate data inputting, photocopying, scanning and filing
- Updating systems with course / delegate statuses
- Preparing and franking of post
- Chasing and follow up of outstanding cards and certificates from Awarding Bodies
- Answering incoming calls from trainers, delegates and clients, assisting and assisting/redirecting as required
- Checking emails – Reviewing and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Preparing classrooms – set up for training
- Replenishing of refreshments in kitchens
- Emptying and reloading of dishwashers
- Inventory checks of course materials, books, equipment
- Photocopying and scanning of course paperwork
- Various other admin associated activities to help the smooth running of a busy training company.
Personal Competencies
- Ability to multitask, have strong organisational skills, and manage tight deadlines is advantageous
- Strong IT skills (excel, word, outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen team player with the ability to work well towards own initiative
- Accurate administration skills and a good eye for detail
Experience required
Desirable
- Previous experience working within an external training company would be advantageous.

Interview Information
First stage interviews will take place over telephone for approximately twenty minutes. With a view to progress successful candidates to a face-to-face interview at our Stoneleigh Park Training Centre whereby you will be asked a set of competency-based questions and practical.
