3D Aesthetics is looking for an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Practitioner, Laser Therapist or Advanced Skin Therapist to join our growing clinic team.
You will work across our established clinics in Leamington Spa and Knowle, delivering advanced face and body treatments, conducting consultations and creating personalised treatment programmes.
You do not need experience with every technology we offer. Successful candidates receive comprehensive manufacturer-led training, a structured induction and supervised practical development before managing their own diary.

3D Aesthetics is an established UK manufacturer and supplier of advanced non-surgical aesthetic technology, with equipment trusted by more than 650 clinics nationwide.
We also operate our own company-owned clinics, allowing us to continually develop our treatment protocols, invest in practitioner education and maintain excellent standards of client care.
Following the growth of our Leamington Spa and Knowle clinics, we are looking for another talented practitioner to join our team.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed consultations and skin assessments
- Creating personalised, results-led treatment plans
- Delivering advanced face and body treatments safely and confidently
- Supporting clients throughout their treatment journey
- Recommending appropriate treatment programmes and homecare products
- Maintaining accurate consultation notes and treatment records
- Delivering excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships
- Supporting client retention and clinic growth through ethical recommendations
- Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, professionalism and patient safety
- Working collaboratively with the wider clinic team
This is an in-person, multi-site position. Your working locations will be planned in advance to provide consistency for you and your clients.

Depending on your existing experience and the training you complete with us, you may deliver treatments including:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Laser Tattoo Removal
- RF Microneedling
- HIFU
- Advanced Skin Rejuvenation
- Body Contouring and Fat Reduction
- Skin Tightening
- Cellulite Treatments
- HydrO2 Facials
- Carbon Laser Facials
- LED Light Therapy
- Combination Face and Body Programmes
Experience with every treatment is not required. We are more interested in finding someone with strong foundations, the right attitude and a genuine desire to develop.
Training and Support
Every successful candidate completes a structured induction programme before treating clients independently.
Your training will include:
- Manufacturer-led device training
- Treatment protocols
- Consultation and treatment-planning systems
- Shadowing experienced practitioners
- Hands-on supervised training
- Clinical documentation
- Product and skincare knowledge
- Health and Safety
- Client experience standards
You will only begin managing your own treatment diary once both you and our senior team are confident in your knowledge and practical ability.
Ongoing training and CPD will be provided through our dedicated 3D Aesthetics training academy.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- NVQ Level 4 in Laser and Light Treatments, or an equivalent relevant qualification
- Previous experience in a beauty, laser, skin or aesthetics environment
- Confidence conducting consultations and creating treatment plans
- Excellent communication and customer-care skills
- A professional, positive and approachable manner
- Strong attention to detail
- A genuine interest in skin health and non-surgical aesthetics
- Flexibility to work across our Leamington Spa and Knowle clinics
We may also consider experienced Level 3 Beauty Therapists who are actively progressing towards Level 4 and demonstrate the right clinical aptitude and career ambitions.
Desirable
- Level 5 or above in Advanced Aesthetic Practice
- Experience delivering laser, skin or body treatments
- Experience using advanced energy-based technologies
- Strong understanding of skin physiology and anatomy
- Experience recommending professional skincare
- Commercial awareness with an ethical, consultative approach
- Experience working towards treatment or retail targets

Working Pattern
This is a full-time, in-person position working across our Leamington Spa and Knowle clinics.
Your locations and rota will be organised in advance. Applicants must be able to travel reliably to both clinics.
Please note: The role may include agreed evening and Saturday working in line with clinic opening hours. The full working pattern will be discussed during the initial interview.
