Event Door Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking professional and reliable Event Door Supervisors to join our security team for a variety of events, including concerts, festivals, sporting events, corporate functions, and private venues.
As an Event Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and performers while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct access control and ticket checks.
Monitor entry and exit points.
Perform searches in accordance with venue policies.
Manage crowd control and queue management.
Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally.
Liaise with event organisers, venue staff, and emergency services when required.
Complete incident reports and documentation.
Provide a welcoming and professional presence for attendees.
Requirements
Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong observational and conflict-management skills.
Previous experience in event security is desirable but not essential.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
