Working across the Krol Corlett Group, you'll help shape and deliver commercial marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, support business growth and enhance client engagement.

Key knowledge and skills:
Brand and Marketing - Ensuring all marketing & brand activity is consistent and reflects the quality, professionalism and reputation of our KC group brands.
You will be supporting and creating engaging LinkedIn, web, Instagram, newsletter and case study, marketing collateral. Therefore, experience of B2B marketing campaigns and presentations from inception to delivery is essential.
Content & Communications - The role has a level of compelling copy writing involved for content, award submissions and campaigns. An excellent communicator, who places high value on attention to detail is required.
Digital Marketing -Assist with email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp. Research and Market Awareness. Monitoring campaign performance, some data analysing and making recommendations to maximise engagement and improve ROI. Support CRM activity using HubSpot, helping improve client engagement and retention.
Business development, client and event support - Support business development initiatives through marketing activity, competitor analysis, insight, delivery of exhibitions, some networking events, client events and social value initiatives.
Support with Client feedback across a variety of sectors and projects
Diary Management and meeting preparation /presentations requires an extremely organised person with ability to anticipate and prioritise diverse workload, managing work, time and resources cost-effectively
Excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to build rapport and positive relationships with all levels of an organisation internal and external.
Good team player who can work on own initiative.
Identifying opportunities to improve client growth, engagement and retention.
- Experience using WordPress, Canva, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Editor
Good but not crucial:
- Experience using survey monkey platform, CRM Hubspot, email marketing, Mailchimp and marketing automation tools.
- Confidence analysing campaign performance and using insights to improve future activity.
- Educated to A level / NVQ in marketing or equivalent.
- Understanding of SEO and what is needed to help drive web traffic.
- Knowledge of segmentation and effective targeting, as well as the importance of using data effectively.
- Experience of working with in-house creative teams or external agencies.
