Reporting To - Sales Director The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Sales Progressor to join our property team. This is a client-side role, acting as the central point of contact between our Property Managers, appointed estate agents, block managers, solicitors, and occasionally direct with buyers, to ensure residential property transactions progress smoothly from sale agreed through to completion.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 year’s experience in residential sales progression within a busy property or estate agency office and will be comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline while maintaining exceptional communication with all parties.
This role requires a highly organised individual who can identify potential delays, resolve issues proactively, and drive transactions forward to achieve successful and timely completions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential property sales from offer acceptance through to legal completion.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal Property Managers and external estate agents appointed to market and sell properties.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with estate agents and solicitors/conveyancers,
- Monitor transaction progress and ensure all parties are working towards agreed milestones and completion dates.
- Proactively identify issues that may impact a sale and work with relevant parties to resolve them quickly and effectively.
- Provide regular progress updates to Property Managers in weekly.
- Ensure all sales progression records and systems are maintained accurately and up to date.
- Chase outstanding documentation, searches, enquiries, mortgage offers, surveys, and contracts where necessary.
- Monitor and report on pipeline performance, fall-through risks, and anticipated completion dates.
- Escalate complex issues where appropriate and recommend practical solutions.
- Support the wider property team in delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience managing a high-volume pipeline of residential property transactions.
- Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process from sale agreed through to completion.
- Experience liaising with estate agents, solicitors, conveyancers, buyers, and sellers.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of transactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management/CRM systems.
- Understanding of leasehold transactions and associated conveyancing processes.

Pay: £35,000.00-£42,500.00 per year
