LDA Design is an employee-owned consultancy known for creating great places and shaping better futures. In this role, you’ll support our Bristol and Exeter studios, working closely with Studio Managers, project teams and wider business support colleagues to help our people, projects and studio culture thrive.
About the Role
As a Business Support Assistant, you’ll be a central part of studio life. You’ll support day-to-day studio operations, provide administration across projects, assist with business development activity, help coordinate studio events and support health and safety compliance across our studio locations.

- Experience working in an office, studio or administrative environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign.
- Clear, professional communication skills and confidence working with people at all levels.
- A proactive, positive approach and the ability to use initiative.
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work.
- Discretion and care when handling confidential information.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for supporting a busy, creative team.
