We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly early years team.

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play an essential role in providing high-quality childcare and education. You will help create engaging activities, support children’s daily routines, and build strong relationships with families—all while ensuring the safety, happiness, and wellbeing of every child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, responsive care and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities following the EYFS
- Observe, assess, and record children’s development
- Build strong, caring relationships with children and families
- Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the daily running of the nursery
- Maintain a safe, secure environment and follow safeguarding procedures
- Support the setup and tidy-up of play spaces, both indoors and outdoors
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, flexible, and proactive approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and the wellbeing of all children
Desirable:
- Paediatric First Aid qualification
- Experience working in a nursery setting
- SEN experience or training
