Clear Home Improvements Ltd is a leading local installer of conservatories, doors, double-glazed windows, flat roofs, and roofline finishing.

Alongside our supply and fit teams, we also have a trade store supplying a range of home improvement materials and accessories. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and pro-active person to join the team based at our premises in Launceston.
Main responsibilities:
· Goods In (including unloading deliveries), pricing, storage, checking and merchandising.
· Goods Out, including local deliveries (Cornwall and North/West Devon).
· General housekeeping and cleaning in shop and warehouse area.
· Till operation/cash handling.
· Assisting customers with purchases, advice and loading vehicles where necessary.
As a Warehouse Operative/Delivery Driver/Trade Counter assistant you will:
- Good, up to date product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to deliver/receive effective feedback, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to undertake relevant company organised training for the role.
- Be comfortable working without direct supervision at times.
- Be a self-starter who can identify personal development goals.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move stock and materials as part of warehouse and delivery duties, including items of significant weight, using safe manual handling techniques and equipment as trained; ability to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse and yard for extended periods.
- Full, valid UK driving licence, with no more than 6 penalty points, as this role involves undertaking deliveries and vehicle checks.
