We're now looking for an experienced, confident bookkeeper to support our finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration.
The Role
Following our recent migration to Xero the role will involve daily bookkeeping within Xero and our Dealer Management System (Dealer Kit). Daily reconciliations to include the various ways in which money enters and leaves the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Daily reconcilliations of the main bank accounts, reserve accounts, credit card, PDQ card terminals.
- Supplier Bills and month end support.
- Wage journals.
- Supporting cash flow information.
- Working closely with the Senior Management Team.
- Utilisation of receipt capture tools (Apron).
- Process adhoc supplier bills as required.
- Identify and pursue any missing records promptly.
What we're looking for:
- Someone proficient in all aspects of Xero.
- Smart, professional appearance.
- Strong organisation and the ability to juggle tasks in a busy environment.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Ideally with motor trade experience.
- Experience of our Dealer Management System (DealerKit) although not essential.
