We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of our bar team, you will be responsible for serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. Mainly weekend work and sickness cover.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills to process payments efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in the bar environment.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is essential , demonstrating an understanding of hospitality principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
