Duties

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across the kitchen and dining areas
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on cooking techniques, menu execution, and food presentation
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability

Qualifications
- Proven management experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Hands-on experience in serving, food preparation, and culinary operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Background in restaurant experience including kitchen operations and hospitality standards
- Familiarity with barista experience is a plus for managing beverage stations effectively
